I play this course regularly. It is always in top condition and rarely crowded. I like the rolling terrain and abundance of trees on all holes. Water comes into play on only 2 holes. For the price paid, this is a great value. Pace of play is 4 hours or less on weekdays and usually 4 hours 15 minutes tops on weekends.
